Blueberries are SWEETER than ever!

The Mill Creek Farm reports that blueberries at Saturday's Texas Blueberry Festival will be sweeter than ever.
The berries have been allowed to ripen a few more days than in the past, resulting in a sweeter fruit. Also new will be five pound boxes, as shown by Nacogdoches County Chamber intern Kayli Steger.



The fresh blueberry booth will be located near Mound and Main Streets. Farm manager Henry Sunda says he hopes to deliver up to 12,000 pounds of berries on Saturday through the day.
