SFA takes 68-57 win over UTSA to earn program's first-ever trip to NCAA Championships

Eddie Williams scored 10 of his 16 points in the second period and Matt Kingsley poured in 20 points to lead Stephen F. Austin to a 68-57 win over UTSA Sunday in the championship game of the 2009 State Farm Southland Conference Tournament. The victory puts SFA in the NCAA Championships for the first time in program history.
