Back Lot Bash puts SFA freshmen in touch with businesses and organizations

Freshmen meet and greet with SFA clubs and local businesses
More than 500 freshmen wandered the rear parking lot of the William R. Johnson Coliseum Thursday afternoon, learning about the community and the opportunities available to them in Nacogdoches at the annual Back Lot Bash.

The event provides an opportunity for local businesses and university and community organizations to share information with the students, many of whom are recent arrivals to Nacogdoches, said event coordinator, Jonathan Elder.
