Fourth Friday Luncheon

State Representative Wayne Christian will deliver "The Texas Legislature: Where We Are, Why We're Here, and Where We're Headed" at Fourth Friday Luncheon, noon to 1 p.m., Oct. 23, at Hotel Fredonia.
