Get your blueberry plants at the Farmer’s Market this weekend!


Join us Saturday at the Nacogdoches Farmer’s Market to stock up on a variety of handcrafted, locally grown items. The Nacogdoches Farmer’s Market is currently open on Saturday mornings and offers fresh produce, unique gifts, and a variety of other delicious items.
This Saturday, April 24, singer/songwriter Paul Martinez (aka The Texas Rambler) will play at the market. Paul is an inductee of the American Old Time Country Music Hall of Fame and currently lives on his East Texas ranch with his family.

Merci's Worldly Cuisine will be at the Market this Saturday featuring:
Breakfast Tortas, Mexican Pastries, Plantains and Black Beans, Tacos, Lunch Plates, Chicken Mole, Tacos el pastor (pork from the spinner) or desebrada (shredded beef) Plates will be served with Rice, Beans, Chips and Salsa and tres leches cake for desert!

Things to look for this Saturday: baked goods (breads, cookies & pies), artisan Texas cheeses, Texas citrus, free-range eggs, tilapia fish, flowers, herbs (mint, oregano, parsley, rosemary, and thyme), honey, jewelry, perfumes, lotions, plants, starter plants, pottery, preserves and local produce: asparagus, potatoes, butternut squash & sweet potatoes, greens (collard, kale, mustard, Swiss chard & turnip), lettuce (butter crunch, red & romaine), green onions, strawberries & sugar snap peas.

The Nacogdoches Farmers’ Market, located at the “hitch lot” at the corner of West Main and Pearl Streets, is open from 8 a.m. until noon or later every Saturday morning. If the market parking lot is full, additional parking is available in the Nacogdoches County Courthouse Annex parking lot.
