No more butts about it

Beginning July 1st, all establishments in the City of Nacogdoches will be smoke-free in compliance with the Smoking Pollution Control Ordinance No 1489-4-05.



The smoking ban requires all smokers to be at least 20 feet away from the entrance of any building while smoking.
