Nacogdoches Farmers Market includes Community Supported Agriculture

The Nacogdoches Farmers Market includes produce from many growers, including farms known as Community Supported Agriculture.
----------------------------------
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) brings together the community, farmers and agricultural land in a relationship of mutual support based on a seasonal commitment to one another. Members receive a wide variety of foods harvested at the peak of ripeness, flavor, and vitamin and mineral content.

Sacred Springs CSA, managed by Farmer Gregory Lide, is in its fourth CSA season and will be distributing shares Saturday mornings at the Farmer's Market beginning March 13th. They are currently accepting new members.
Appleby Community Farm is a new CSA managed by Farmers Bryan and Cindy Pruett. They will begin distribution from their farm on HWY 59 North, March 6th and will continue to accept new members until February 6th. http://www.applebycommunityfarm.com/
