Downtown merchants window decorating contest for Texas Blueberry Festival

Letter from Sarah O'Brien, Main Street Manager:

Dear Downtown Business Owner,

We are currently gearing up for this 21st Annual Texas Blueberry Festival. Nacogdoches Main Street will be hosting a window decorating contest. This is a great way to bring visitors into your store. Winners will be announced for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, and bragging rights for the year will be yours!

The rules:

1. The theme of your storefront decorating has to have a “blueberry” theme.

2. Your decorations must be visible from the street. This can include painted windows, or window merchandising.

3. Your storefront needs to be complete by Monday, June 7th, in time for the Texas Blueberry Festival, on Saturday, June 12th.

4. Judging will take place the week of June 7h through June 12th.

5. Winners will be announced during the Texas Blueberry Festival.



This is a great way to win some bragging rights and attract visitors into your store. The cost is free, but we will need a commitment from you.
